* AssetAccountant for future audit purposes keeps a log of every single activity against all assets. If you have multiple users using the same login, you have no record of who made changes at any time. This practice significantly dilutes the potency of this integral feature of the software.
* AssetAccountant, has designed and developed in consultation with Top Tier accounting firms a sophisticated User Roles permission system that is strongly recommended to be utilised.
* Although performance shouldn't be impacted by a couple of Users logged in at the same time, our hosting settings reserve the right to throttle the delivery which would impact the user(s) experience.
We strongly advise against multiple people using the same login with AssetAccountant.
