User roles are managed at two levels - the Organisation and the Register.

The person who initially setup your AssetAccountant account is the Account Owner and is the master of all privileges - at least initially!

Organisation Roles can be managed in Organisation Settings > Users.

Register Roles can be managed in Register Settings > Users.

Please note that only certain users have sufficient permissions to invite users to an Organisation or Register, or to modify a User's permissions. Further, you cannot invite Users to an Organisation and/or a Register with a higher permission level that you have.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

For data security and privacy reasons, AssetAccountant staff are NOT authorised to add or change Users or increase/decrease their existing privileges for Organisations and individual Registers. Please seek this action from your manager(s) who have been assigned the applicable User Roles identified below (a Manager, Administrator or the Owner of the account).
