As part of enhancing our bulk disposal functionality, we have updated the current disposal import template to include a new field for "Disposal Type" and "Disposed Quantity". This update enables users to efficiently process large volumes of both full and partial asset disposals in a single import.
Partial sales and write-offs apply only to assets with a pre-defined quantity. Adjustments are calculated using both the asset's total quantity and the disposal quantity provided.
Your assets will be matched based on either the Asset Code or our internal Asset ID.
You can download all your assets using the Asset Export Report, or select assets using Search. These files will be pre-populated with your Asset Codes and Asset IDs.
Import Template:
In the search asset export menu, you can download templates that include the necessary columns for each bulk action.
- In this example, I am using Asset ID to match
- The import template accepts both full and partial disposal type
- For full disposal, the quantity field can be left blank
