AssetAccountant supports both 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) and SSO (Single Sign-On).

2FA: AssetAccountant supports 2FA via third-party authentication apps such as Microsoft or Google. To enable this feature, navigate to "My Profile" in the AssetAccountant window and follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen authenticator application.

SSO: AssetAccountant supports SSO with verified integration partner accounts, including Microsoft Entra ID (previously known as Azure AD). SSO via OpenID Connect is supported, and AssetAccountant can support any standard OpenID Connect provider. Configuration is required for custom OpenID Connect setups, and there are options for enforced SSO authentication for specific domains.

Can we see which users have 2FA using an authentication app enabled?

No.

Can we enforce 2FA for all users?

No. This can be enforced by way of an internal policy.

Can we see which users have SSO switched on?

No.

Can we enforce SSO?

Yes. We do offer the ability to force the SSO (single sign-on) managed by the client. This does require some work at our end so there is an additional annual fee for this service.

How do we enforce SSO?

Please submit a ticket if you would like to enquire about or opt in for this service.

Alternatively, SSO can however enforced by way of an internal policy.
