Sometimes subscribers contact us wondering why they can't download reports from the menu in the AssetAccountant interface.

This is usually explained by two possibilities:

  1. Check the User permissions at both the Organization level AND at the Register level in the left hand side menu in the interface. The User must have appropriate permissions to generate reports. I they are a "Register Guest" downloading options will be greyed out and unavailable to this level User.

  2. The most likely cause however, is that your IT department has limited websites you are allowed to download data from. Before taking any more steps, please consult your IT department and ensure you have downloading permissions internally that allows you to extract reports (both PDF and Excel files) from our app domain of
