Sometimes the standard PDF versions of reports may not have all the detailed information you require.

E.g. a report including date of acquisition, depreciation rate, depreciation amount, departments/classifications (cost/profit centers), etc.

PDF reports are a fixed report, with fixed outputs, because of space restrictions.

In the first instance, you can view ALL the data you require via the interface using the column selector shown below, remembering to first set your date/period selection:

Then to download ALL of your asset data, go to Assets > Reports, select CSV, download it, then manipulate the spreadsheet data as you require.
