If you have previously set yourself up as a User in AssetAccountant and you are having trouble logging in, try these remedies:


  1. Go to the login screen at https://app.asset.accountant and enter your email address > Next.  Click on the "Forgot Password" link. An email will be sent with password change instructions.

  2. No email? Check your spam folder and whitelist all email notifications coming from @assetaccountant.com.au. Follow the password reset instructions.

  3. Still no email - not even in spam? You may have tried logging in or resetting your password with an alternative email that is not in our system. For example, if the email address you registered with is cat.stevens@meow.com you must use that exact email address - an alias nor a variation will work. For example, although you still might receive mail to cat@meow.com, AA will not recognise this and will not allow you to login.


Our email delivery system has been carefully designed to achieve the best possible send rates. If you are experiencing email deliverability issues from our system generated notifications, please ask your IT department to specifically  'whitelist' our sending domain which is @assetaccountant.com.au.
