Question: Is there a report that shows the first payment date for each lease recorded in AssetAccountant?
Answer: Yes you can run "Market Value" report listed under Lease reports" to generate the first payment date information you need.
If this report isn't visible in your subscription that means you should purchase Valuation feature to generate this report, you can contact support@asset.accountant to upgrade your subscription if needed.
