Go to https://app.asset.accountant and click on 'Sign in with Intuit', which should get you into your account.
If your password is not working when trying to access AssetAccountant Support from QuickBooks Online, please note that https://support.asset.accountant is a different platform to QuickBooks Online and to https://app.asset.accountant.
You need to set up a new account in our support platform if you want to login and see your tickets. Alternatively you can just reply to our responses in your email account.
If you are still having issues and need to log a ticket, please send us some screenshots of what you see when attempting to login from QBO.
