- All monthly plans are billed on the monthly anniversary date from when you first subscribed.
- All plans are billed per register and per 100 assets
- You can upgrade / downgrade at any time within the AssetAccountant application
- Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics integration is included in the Free plan for demo only. These integrations are only available with annual plans.
Why does it look like I am paying too much or even double of what my usage is?
Please pay careful attention to how many Organizations, registers and assets you have in your account.
For example:
If you have 2 registers with 5 assets in one register and 105 assets in the other, although this totals only 110 assets, this counts as 3 billing units, not 2, for the plan you are on. Because subscription pricing is billed per register and per 100 assets.
Another situation to check is you may have multiple Organizations that are separately billed. You can check this by clicking on the bottom left hand side of the interface to check.
If you have more than 1,000 assets in total in your monthly billed account, contact us with details of your current account and your use case and we can discuss with you annual subscription pricing which may be more economical for your organization.
