AssetAccountant allows you to upload valuations for your assets in bulk.


In order to do this, you will need to prepare a data spreadsheet that looks similar to the following:




For each valuer you have set up you will need a column for that valuers valuation (on the date indicated on the relevant row in the spreadsheet). This is a mandatory field. You can have an optional "Notes" column for each valuation for tracking any other information (e.g. mileage in the case of vehicles).


Once this is prepared, you can navigate to the Bulk Actions area in AssetAccountant and choose New Upload > Valuation:




You will be prompted to upload the file. Once you have done this, you will be asked to confirm the header row for the data as below:





Then you will step through a wizard to map the data correctly:





Then you will need to match the values to the respective columns (do not map the Notes fields yet):





The final step is to confirm the notes column associated with each valuer:




The import will run and you will be notified of the status of each asset:
