AssetAccountant includes functionality that allows you to track the market value of your assets and use the notes functionality to track measurements (e.g. mileage on a vehicle).
In order to use this functionality, you will first need to create the "Valuers" that you use. You can do this from the "Valuations" button located in the left menu panel:
This will allow you to enter the details for each valuer or valuation methodology:

Once these are set up, navigate to the relevant asset and the "Market Value" tab:
Press the "Add Valuation" button and enter the relevant details on the screen.
This will add the valuation to the asset.
This information is then available in the "Market Value" report which shows this information with details of the lease as well as the cost and book value of the asset.
