Only the Account Owner can transfer this "Super Admin" role to another person.


Ideally this should happen before they leave the business to enable a smooth transition.


If this person leaves, and another User has NOT been appointed to this role, you will experience difficulty allocating the right people in your Organisation to have the appropriate permissions and privileges to effectively use AssetAccountant™.


A director or other suitably senior person in your Organisation will need to contact us via a new support ticket and advise who, of the existing Users in the account you wish to elevate to Account Owner.


If this person doesn't already exist in your AssetAccountant™ account, please ensure this person first creates an AA account themselves to exist in our system, then you must advise us of their name, position and email address.
