Please refer to the table below which shows User permissions and privileges by User Role.

Note there are different User Roles on 2 levels:

1. Organization User Roles and privileges.

2. Register User Roles and privileges.

Blue cells are functions allowed for that role.

Red cells are functions that are blocked for that role.

Note: to update users organisation or register roles you will require the appropriate user permission as per the matrix below.

** Ability to perform this task will relate back to your Organisation permission level.


For data security and privacy reasons, AssetAccountant staff are NOT authorised to add or change Users or increase/decrease their existing privileges for Organisations and individual Registers. Please seek this action from your manager(s) who have been assigned the applicable User Roles identified below (a Manager, Administrator or the Owner of the account).
